rbtool not working

hi again  i tryed to install everything but not working with my new licens .. with my old licens the tool is working anyone know the problem ? i add my ip adresse and i run the tool with admin still not work  please i need help . if fortek want i can send him the licens  he can try its not working ?=? the problem is not my pc its in the tool system or key licensWebDriver.Support.dll

the problem is not in my pc my old licens is working fine . but my new licens  i buy 2 days ago for 10 years its not working the problem is in the system or in the licens key
