payment issue

is anyone else having issue in doing payment from Yandex.Money , BTC , Webmoney. (i am from india) and

1 yandex does'nt support indian cards,

2 btc is expensive 

3 webmoney needs passport.

please bring paypal back

paypal blocked account every time, maybe blocked because we russians

Some Indian citizens use the Bitcoin payment method. Bitcoin cannot be prohibited. PayPal is not accepted and is not discussed.
